ArticWallpapers, operated by BenoitVisuals, sells digital products, including downloadable wallpapers and digital files. No physical products are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

This policy explains how refund requests are handled. It does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Digital Products and Change of Mind

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer voluntary refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after a purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any statutory withdrawal rights that remain applicable or any rights relating to digital content that has not been supplied or does not conform to the contract.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
